Invest in technology assets, develop the ecosystem and scale the businesses.

Co-founder and investor; led group development and the investment lifecycle through to an equity sale.
Approach
- Investment in the group and its products.
- Infrastructure development for Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market and AliExpress across X8Team.
- Owned and investment-backed stores.
- Integration with Pandora 10 and subsequent sale of the ownership interest.
Outcome
Total investment in the group was approximately $900,000. More than 400 stores were under management; approximately 3,000 stores were launched or supported through the ecosystem. Aggregate quarterly seller sales were RUB 530 million. Pandora 10 served approximately 9,000 customers. An exit was completed through an equity sale.
